The waters and reefs around Beqa Island are rich in flora and fauna. Monitoring and research are done to guarantee a sustainable use. The perfect place to explore the stunning marine environment just meters from the shore.
We are proud of the Marine Protected Area MPA in front of Lawaki Beach. The Lawaki MPA project is one of the case studies on the latest Report published by Wildlife Conservation Society. Helen Sykes is still part of it.
Lawaki is private and remote, the way we like it, but this does mean there are no meal options outside the Beach House. The Essential Mealplan is half board, and includes breakfast, three-course dinner, and complimentary tea/coffee. F$75 per person per day.
Extras that you can add to the meal plan are lunches, picnics, snacks and romantic candle light dinner options. Ask us for the costs of these.
We all meet to gather for family-style meals as is customary in Fiji, or you may request a private candle-light dinner.
We do not have a liquor license and therefore do not sell alcohol, however you are welcome to bring your own for a small corkage fee of $5 /bure/night.
